We present the case of a 72-year-old man with three-month history epigastric pain. A physical examination revealed tender, hard mass around area. Enhanced CT showed no chest or abdominal abnormalities, except for large xiphoid process. The diagnosis was xiphodynia caused by Xyphoidynia should be considered differential
